RK50 compact fixed industrial QR code scanner is a 120FPS high-dynamic 1D/2D barcode reader built for high-speed conveyor line barcode reading, a top pick for factory automation, photovoltaic assembly and electronics manufacturing traceability. Equipped with a 1280×960 high-resolution 1.2MP image sensor, this mini embedded barcode scanner delivers stable decoding for low-contrast, dirty and distorted barcodes, supporting ultra-small 3mil 1D and 5mil 2D codes with flexible depth-of-field ranging 30mm–260mm. It offers multi scan modes including external pulse trigger, auto detection and continuous scan, paired with Ethernet (TCP Client/Server, Modbus TCP) and RS232 industrial communication interfaces for seamless integration with PLC, testing equipment and MES systems. Weighing only 100g with 39.5×50×22.6mm tiny zinc alloy housing, this high-speed industrial code reader enables space-saving embedded installation for mobile phone assembly, metal processing and medical device integration.
