I am the Director of Homoeopathic Medical and Social Center LLC in Russia. We are now using Rakinda RK4000 industrial fixed mount barcode scanner in our production line. We need to read the Data Matrix code (GTIN, SN, Batch, EXP) on medicine boxes. We were using the Ethernet communication, and scanner comes with I/O controller, which supports OK/NG signals. During the testing process, Rakinda team provided a lot of technical support, either for hardware or software. Thanks for the excellent technical support and after-sale service from Rakinda.
